Reiki Shoden Level 1 teaches you to bring in the universal energy to promote healing in yourself and others, as well as balance and harmony to the body and your life.

Reiki is for anyone who wants to improve their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual state.

Reiki activates the body’s natural healing processes, restoring balance and harmony to the body, the end result is a state of wellbeing.

Reiki can also relieve physical pain or discomfort caused by injury, illness or stress and provides the opportunity to connect with your spiritual self, leading to personal growth and fulfilment through the transformation of self-limiting beliefs, attitudes and behaviours.

Usui Reiki Ryoho Shoden Level 1 training, includes:
• The history of Reiki, the benefits and uses
• How to treat yourself, your family, friends and pets
• Learn Japanese techniques to enhance your energy and initiated with four attunements
• Receive Reiki manual, lineage, certificate and will be able to join Reiki associations.
