Join us for an afternoon with photographer, nature advocate, and emerging watercolour artist Cristy Froehlich, as she shares the emotional journey behind her exhibition The Art of Letting Go.

After two decades within the structure and certainty of public service, Cristy stepped boldly into a creative life shaped by nature, curiosity, and vulnerability. Her works explore the tension between holding on and releasing control, honouring growth, identity, wildness, and the quiet power of transition.

During this informal session, Cristy will discuss the inspiration behind the collection, her shift into full-time creative work, and the personal stories woven into each piece. 

Guests will have the chance to ask questions, view the artworks up close, and connect with the artist in a relaxed, supportive space.
