During this sacred experience, she will also connect and channel energy from your ancestors and spirit team, bringing through guidance, healing, and energetic support aligned with your soul purpose.1-2pm - Sun Soul Flow Yoga with RoseJoin Rose for a session of Yogic bliss to welcome the new summer energy in! This taster session will include a variety of different elements for you to enjoy from Rose's variety of skills and modalities, helping you to feel energised, recharged and restored.Expect free and energetic movement, flowing Vinyasa, elements of Sound and a sprinkling of fun to welcome the Solstice in energetically! Rose is a certified Yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa and Egyptian Yoga.
