You don’t need to be artistic to attend. Painting is just a conversation starter, a way to unwind and let ideas flow. Come as you are, grab a drink, and let creativity spark meaningful connections, in a space that encourages authenticity and collaboration.

Meet your Facilitator:
Hi there! I’m Jacquelyn Miccolis, a local artist and dedicated workshop facilitator. Many of you may know me from my time running Sparkles n’ Sawdust Studio, where I had the joy of sharing my love for creativity with hundreds of adults over the years. I’m thrilled to be back behind the paintbrush with you.
What Can You Expect?
- T he 1st Hour : Sip your drink while I guide you through some basic watercolor techniques to help you feel at ease.
- The Networking Break: Take an hour to stretch your legs, chat, and connect. Food and beverages are available for purchase.
- The Final Hour: I’ll walk you through creating loose doodle art with fine-point ink, layered with beautiful watercolor washes. Watercolors are fantastic because they won’t stain your clothes or make a mess. You’ll leave with a finished piece, new connections, and great memories!
What Do You Need to Bring?
Just bring your wonderful self! We will have a list of registered attendees, so there is no need to print your ticket. Let’s save some trees. All painting supplies are provided for use during the event.

This event is for entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, creatives, and industry leaders, or just someone looking to expand your circle, you will feel at home here! This experience is designed exclusively for adults 19+ sorry, no exceptions!
What does my ticket include?
Tickets include admission plus one refreshing beverage of your choice (up to $8.50, before tax). Whether you prefer something spirited or a delightful non-alcoholic option, we’ve got you covered!
How Do I Register?
Tickets are sold in advance, exclusively through Eventbrite. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate last-minute sign-ups or in-person ticket sales.
Where Can I Park?
Most side streets have free parking, and there's a main bus stop just around the corner.
What Is the Refund Policy?
All ticket sales are final, no exchange or refunds. If you can’t make it, please feel free to give your ticket to a friend! If extreme weather or illness requires rescheduling, you’ll be notified via email.
Accessibility Note: This event is held on the upper floor of the Oxford Taproom. Due to the large staircase that leads to this cozy oasis, it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
