This is not a full cuddle workshop; rather, it is a conscious connection evening where touch is one possible expression of regulation and care. Physical touch is always optional and never expected. You are welcome to engage in ways that feel aligned, or simply rest in the energy of the space. Everything is invitational. ✨ Why This Space is Needed: When we experience safe, attuned connection, the body releases oxytocin, the bonding hormone that supports trust, regulation and wellbeing. These small, embodied experiences of safety can gently reshape how we relate, creating ripple effects that extend far beyond the room, into our lives, relationships and communities.
