Together, they crafted a musical rendition of Gord’s poignant poem Coke Machine Glow, featured on Dennis’s Hazy Sunshine album, recorded at The Tragically Hip’s iconic Bathhouse Studio. That collaboration sparked a lasting friendship—leading to backstage invitations, road hangouts, and Gord’s signature spontaneous check-ins. That personal connection continues to fuel every performance we give.Our journey as The Fabulously Rich began in 2016 with what was meant to be a one-time fundraiser in Charlottetown after Gord’s illness made headlines. But something special happened that night. People wanted more, and venues started calling.
