Late Spring Soul Soothe: Renewal & Radiance Workshop 🌿✨

As the vibrant energy of late April takes hold, join me for a two-hour immersion designed to help you glow from the inside out. This workshop is your invitation to slow down, shed any lingering winter heaviness, and step into the light of the new season.

What to expect:

✨Radiance Hatha Flow: An uplifting, heart-opening practice to boost circulation and move energy, leaving you feeling balanced and bright.

✨The Mid-Way Pause: We’ll break for a selection of light refreshments (all included). A lovely moment to connect with our community and nourish the body.

✨Soul Soothe Yoga Nidra: We will conclude with a deep, guided "yogic sleep" meditation aimed at total nervous system restoration. You’ll leave feeling profoundly rested and radiant.

Whether you need a post-Easter reset or simply two hours of dedicated "me-time," this workshop offers the perfect space to renew your spirit.
