Roll the Initiative Team Tournament presents the Spring Offence - Team Tournament
This will be a 3 round, 8 player teams event, using the current Chapter Approved for missions and the WTC format for pairing teams.
Location
This event will be hosted in the Ashley Lounge of the Sea King Club in Shearwater, NS.
Size:
This event will host 4, and if we can build / recuit more teams, up to 6-8, playing with 8 Players per team.
What is critical is that we have an even number of Teams.
The 4 primary NS Teams Captains will be offered spots for the events, from there we'll see if we can find players to build additional pairs of teams. But it expected that 8 player teams presents challenges to setting this up.

List Deadline and Rules cut off will be: tbd; the standard is 1 week from the event, but might be expended to 2 weeks
It will be 3 rounds with 3 hour games, pairings pushed 30 minutes before the upcoming round, so that teams can discuss for 10 minutes, complete pairings for 10 minutes, proceed to tables for 10 minutes.
It will use the WTC score card.
Team Captain’s will handle the pairing process, with each pod having a pairing table and a "mat" with maps for all table at it.

Missions will be announced after the list deadline!

Timings:
Setup: April 24th at 18:30 for table placement , and 730 am on the 25th until finished, assistance is needed.
Arrival:
Doors open 0730 - setup - Teams will be assigned area's to build the tables, move chairs. This is a team event so early arrivals will be expected.
Intro, Pairings & Continued terrain set up: 8:30
Round 1: 0900 - 1200
Lunch: 12:00-12:30
Round 2: Pairing 12:30 - 1:00pm
Round 2: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Round 3 Pairing 4:00 - 4:30
Round 3: 4:30 - 7:30
Clean up: On completion of all games, clean up terrain, put tables back
Cost:
$30 per player ($240 per team), includes lunch, Extra coaches & nonplaying players are welcome, $10 per additional if they will be there during lunch.
