Pilates MS

Pilates class led by Eve of Eve's Pilates 4 Everyone. The class is mainly seated with some standing for those who are able. Every exercise has adaptations so the class is inclusive no matter your level of abilities.
After the the class there is the opportunity to hang around for a quick coffee/tea and a chat.
Suggested donation for class - £3.00
