Join our fully trained instructors for a relaxed and fun session to get you riding in no time!About this EventWest Yorkshire Combined Authority's FREE adult cycle training programme aims to enable more people to travel by bike.Anyone aged 16yrs and over is able to attend. You can bring your own bike, or one will be provided for you. Sessions are at Mixenden Activity Centre, where there are toilet facilities.Our sessions are run by two trained instructors who will meet you at the Centre. The sessions themselves take place in the outdoor space of the Centre and will not be on-road.The sessions are friendly, fun and relaxed. You will be given tips to help you balance and glide, so you progress to pedalling with confidence.All our sessions are free and you can attend as many as you wish. However, we ask if that if you can't attend a session, please come back to Eventbrite and cancel your place because we always have a waiting list of people wanting to attend.Our 1:30 Thursday sessions follow on from our Community Kitchen at MAC, so feel free to join us beforehand for a free meal and a chat before we get started.
