GROW make music that is both rooted in timeless inspiration yet cast from the woes of modern melancholia. The young
quartet emerged onto the scene in 2023, carving their path through a cultured mix of influences such as Pink Floyd,
Steely Dan and Neil Young. The group released their debut single ‘Your Own Time’ in January 2025 which claimed
support from the likes of Huw Stephens on BBC 6 Music and their second single ‘Take It & Run’ in April 2025.
GROW have spent the last two years working the North’s live scene with notable supports including The Bug Club and
have been championed by BBC Introducing Leeds and are backed by Halifax label The Grayston Unity Records who are in
turn supported by both the Music Venues Trust and The Arts Council of England.
GROW is Jack Wilson (lead vocals & bass), Luke Bradley (vocals & guitar), Harry Shackleton (vocals & piano) and Isaac
Brierley (drums). Their upcoming 6 track 12” vinyl EP - ‘Don’t Forget The Flowers’ set for release in April 2026.


“Lizard County are an indie band based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, blending laid-back guitar melodies with hazy indie rock textures. Drawing inspiration from artists like Mac DeMarco, MJ Lenderman, The Smiths, and the later psychedelic era of The Beatles, the band mixes jangly guitars, catchy grooves, and reflective songwriting. Fronted by singer and rhythm guitarist Alastair, alongside lead guitarist Nathan, bassist Slava, and drummer Max, Lizard County presents songs that feel both familiar and refreshing.”

You can take the boy out of Bolton, but Paul Murphy’s song writing, poetry and storytelling is shaped by his northern roots - peppered with humour, heaving with heart and unafraid of honesty. His words are carved from his own experiences; the 90’s rave scene, the murky manosphere, sibling rivalry and community swimming spots. The diversity of his themes carries into his music where you’ll hear banjo and angelic voices on one track and 808 electronic beats on another.
