Elliott Van Dusen, known as โCanadaโs Fox Mulder,โ served as a Corporal in the RCMP for 15 years, specializing in major crimes such as homicide. For the past 27 years, he has been the founder and Corporate Director of Paranormal Phenomena Research & Investigation (PPRI), a nonprofit organization established in 1997.

Andrew Baird: PPRI's UAP Unit and Air Force UFO Encounters
Retired Royal Canadian Air Force Master Corporal and PPRI Director of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Unit Andrew Baird will share his experiences with UFO phenomena during his military career and provide insights into PPRIโs new UAP Unit, which investigates unexplained aerial and transmedium phenomena.
