An embodiment workshop for women who long to feel more alive, connected, and at home in their bodies.

Explore a deeper connection with your body and inner landscape through guided, non-linear movement and gentle practices that support you to feel more ease, pleasure, and radiance from within.

This is a space to come home to the feminine current that moves within you - to listen, feel, and give your body what she longs for in each moment.

A space to let her guide you  and to let the wisdom of your body reveal itself through the dance.

To Embody Her - the woman who already lives deep in your heart and bones, waiting to be moved, felt and expressed.

What to expect...

A guided journey of movement, sound, and breath designed to support you in:

?slowing down and tuning into your body 
?dropping out of your mind and into your felt sense
?awakening your sensual, creative energy
?feeling more alive, expressed, and connected

This practice is gentle and deeply supportive - a space to meet yourself exactly where you are in a circle of up to twelve women.

About Your Facilitator

Rebecca Karis is an embodiment guide, circle & workshop facilitator, and mother of three daughters. Her work weaves together somatic awareness & embodiment, sensual movement and nervous system regulation to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their aliveness, and full range of expression

She has a passion for holding deeply nourishing spaces that invite permission, curiosity and connection- where women can express, unravel, and come home to their true essence.
