You’ll be guided through its purpose and intention.Svādhyāya (Self-Study)Through quiet reflection, you’ll be invited to turn inward. Journaling prompts will be offered to support your own personal inquiry (bringing a journal is optional, you may just wish to sit and sip your cacao in quiet reflection).Exploring Yoga Beyond The MatWe’ll close with an open, optional group reflection. Yoga is a rich and ancient philosophy made up of eight limbs, of which physical postures (asana) are just one part.
