Join us at 2711 Agricola Street in Halifax, NS.Join Sarah Keating, Professional Art Therapist (RCT-C), for a monthly art therapy group focused on using creativity as a tool for grounding, emotional expression, clarity, and self-connection. This group invites participants to explore their inner experiences in a gentle, accessible way - no art experience is required, only curiosity and openness.Together we will:Use guided art-making to explore emotions, sensations, and patterns connected to disordered eating and body imagePractice grounding and regulation tools through creative and somatic exercises, such as bilateral scribbling, journaling, and reflective art promptsBuild self-compassion and deepen understanding of different parts of ourselves in a supportive group spaceSarah works from a person-centered approach, guiding individuals and groups in ways that feel meaningful and supportive. In these workshops, you can expect to feel more connected to yourself, gain new insights and coping tools, and discover ways of expressing and processing emotions beyond words.This program is currently being offered free of charge, though donations are welcome!
