- **Event Description**: The Pumpkin Run, a tradition in Half Moon Bay for over four decades, treats participants to a majestic course which runs along the Coastal Trail. Portions of the course hug the coastline along the Pacific Ocean. All proceeds benefit Senior Coastsiders, a local non-profit dedicated to providing opportunities, support, and resources for older adults living on the coast from Montara to Pescadero and Skyline to the Sea. 
The start/finish line is located at the Hatch Elementary School parking lot. 

6:15 AM - Bib, t-shirt, and pumpkin pick-up opens
7:15 AM - Half Marathon Start*
7:30 AM - Kid's Fun Run  
7:45 AM - 10K Run/Walk Start  
8:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk Start 
*Half Marathon has a 3.5 hour cut off.   
NOTE: The Start Line will close 5 minutes after the start of the 1/2 marathon and 5 minutes after the 5k distance start. Please be at the start line for the distance you are running or walking with your bib pinned on the front of your most visible layer of clothing. We can not guarantee the proper course support to anyone who does not start the race on time.
