Sweat & Connect Saturdays

Join us every Saturday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Lamb of God School for a one-of-a-kind community workout experience led by Coach Rick Smith and Coach Marco Johnson.

Each session blends high-energy training with a quick Align & Reflect chat—a chance for athletes and families to reset, grow, and strengthen connections both on and off the court.
