On Wednesday, May 27th, 07:30–08:30, before the conference begins at Kulturhuset, join yoga teacher / nutritionist MSc Gunn Helene Arsky for a yoga class inspired by the very thing that brings you to the conference: neural networks.

In AI, networks learn through signals, repetition, and integration. In this class, you’ll experience the same principles in your own biological hardware. Through a gentle blend of yin yoga and hatha yoga, we “initialize the system,” improve signal flow through the body, reduce mental noise, and allow time for integration before the day’s input begins.

This session is designed to help you arrive at the conference calm, clear, and focused — a shared reset you can enjoy with a colleague to set the tone for the day ahead.

No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.

All equipment is provided. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
