Yen Tu Wellness Retreat

I’m so happy to finally share this… 🌿

This April, I’ve been invited by @VNCornerTravel and Michael Butler to guide a wellness retreat in one of the most beautiful and sacred places in Vietnam — Yen Tu Mountain — at a breathtaking resort designed by the legendary Bill Bensley.

I love creating experiences that bring people back to themselves — body, mind and spirit. This retreat is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore The Ways to Wellness through ancient practices that awaken your most alive self… all while being immersed in the serene beauty of misty mountains, forests and temples.

It’s an invitation to rest, reset, and reconnect — with yourself and with a small circle of curious, kind-hearted souls walking the same path.

There will also be optional pre- and post-retreat journeys to explore more of Vietnam’s magic… and I’m hoping to connect with wellness tribe along the way 💛
