This workshop introduces Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ principles and highlights plants that add sight, sound, smell, and touch to your garden. Discover colorful blooms, fragrant plants, textured foliage, and plants that move in the breeze, along with practical tips for creating a sensory-rich garden suited to your central Florida yard.Registration is preferred and seating is limited. Lunch is included for pre-registered, in-person participants that are registered by November 3, 2026. Anyone registering after that is welcome to attend, but may not be provided lunch.Workshop is presented by UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and Haines City Water Utilities.If any accommodations are needed, please contact Julie Schelb at 863-519-1041 or j.schelb@ufl.edu.
