Learn “the universal weave” as well as how to care and maintain your willow structure for the best results.By the end of the day you’ll be confident creating and maintaining your own flourishing willow structures.The course will focus on maintaining a willow dome as well as how to build and maintain a willow arbour.Tea & coffee provided. Please bring lunch, sensible footwear & warm, waterproof clothing.In the event of rain we will provide shelter over the arbour and dome to allow the course to continue in a well-ventilated, sheltered space.About usFurnace Brook is an Ecosystem Restoration Community modeling a space where nature heals and communities thrive.In 2024, Furnace Brook Ecosystem Restoration Community was struck by a devastating pollution incident. Over the coming year, we will implement an ecological restoration programme: using nature's own systems to clean the water, rebuild the food web, and bring the lake back to life.We are hosting these volunteer days to help us with this restoration.
