We are very happy to invite you to the third year of the 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect to yourself, your body and voice, nature around - shared together with a warm and welcoming community.

Wild Heart Gathering offers a pause from the noise of everyday life and an invitation into deep, nourishing self-care for your inner and outer worlds. This happens through 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐢𝐤𝐢 (𝐀𝐓), 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 (𝐒𝐊), 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 (𝐅𝐈𝐍), and gentle evenings spent around the fire beneath the summer sky. You’ll also have time to enjoy the outdoor hot tub, take peaceful walks through the surrounding meadows and forests. 


This gathering is about coming back to the present moment and giving yourself the gift of just being. How you are and who you are. Whether you arrive with curiosity and a desire to learn and create, or with a longing for calm rest and quiet time in nature, you are warmly welcome.


This year, we are excited to 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐬—exploring how to build a close, everyday friendship with them and how to integrate their healing power into daily life and our regular diet.  


Our event is held in English. As an international team, we’re also happy to offer translations into German, Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Finnish and Swedish.

All of this will happen in the heart of nature, surrounded by green meadows and forests in 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐬𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐳𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐚..

I’m very happy to be asked to share my passion for meditation, yoga and partner movement with you. Together we will start the day with a variety of movements. Through morning movement combined with meditation and breathing exercises we have a wonderful opportunity to get in touch with ourselves, our surroundings and the community. Optionally, I can offer you an introduction to Acro Yoga or handstand. Let’s start these days gently together.

We will connect to our voice through gentle and playful exercises and games. Discover new possibilities of expression with lightness and curiosity. We will explore new textures and colors of our voice through relaxation and letting go. After we connect to our own vocal landscape, we will join our voices in a circle of healing songs and mantras. In a safe space we let the power of music flow through us.

The workshops that I’ll be offering sprung out my love for wild plants and their healing gifts. At this year's gathering, I’ll be offering various workshops, each an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and learn how to work with wild herbs in a meaningful way.
