Participants will be using zero gravity chairs. 

This special Reiki-Infused Full Moon Gong Bath will bring together the healing vibrations of sound and the gentle, supportive energy of Reiki for an experience of relaxation, release, and renewal.

Jo will guide the sound journey with the powerful resonance of the gongs and the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, creating a peaceful soundscape to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and invite deep inner stillness.

Throughout the evening, Mike will be infusing Reiki into the space, holding a calming energetic container to support balance, grounding, and full moon intention-setting.

The full moon is a beautiful time to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are and allow the sounds, vibrations, and Reiki energy to support your natural reset.
