Each attendee will receive a complimentary ball of yarn from Swanson’s Fabrics, a little something to get you stitching right away. $5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Loose Ends, supporting their mission to connect volunteer handwork finishers with individuals who are unable to complete meaningful projects due to death or disability. Through their work, unfinished pieces are lovingly completed, offering comfort and honoring the maker’s memory.Swanson’s Fabrics is a one-of-a-kind community fabric and fiber craft store built on the idea of reuse, accessibility, and creative exchange. Stocked with donated materials from fellow makers, Swanson’s makes sewing and crafting more affordable while helping reduce textile waste and reimagine how we source and share materials. Swanson’s Fabrics is located in Turners Falls, MA.Bring your current project, your favorite yarn, and get comfortable. Expect laughter, stitches, a warm sense of community, and yes, there will be giveaways! Don't have a project?
