BIODANZA : Rising Together

We've got 5 more beautiful BIODANZA weeks together! This Wednesday and next, and the first 3 in December, 7-9pm at Venture Way Collaborative in Hadley.

Join a guided moving exploration of our living systems both individual and collective, of what happens when we reorganize around values of collective care – transformative ground to move with this transformative time, that we are creating together! This group is an invitation to build into your life a space of ease, integration, co-regulation and renewal, that expands from week to week. Come as you are to move and reconnect with community and music that feed your soul. For a single class or the rest of the series, and see what unfolds!
