Anchored in Awe is an experiential somatic journey designed to shift you out of overwhelm and into a steadier, more enlivened inner state. Through gentle body-based practices and guided inquiry, you’ll awaken the healing power of embodied awe — the kind that softens your system, widens your perspective, and reconnects you to yourself as you open to the subtle signals, synchronicities, and sensations that remind you that you’re held, supported, and vibrantly alive.
