We will start by gently opening up the body with yoga to stretch, relax and unwind with wonderful Lisa. Flowing from this we will move into deep, guided breathing & blissful meditation to help release the mind from everyday stresses and responsibility.

We will then take you on a sound journey to let vibration and frequency move through you to rebalance and recalibrate your system; mind, body and spirit. Become aware of the expanse beyond your mind and physical self through a voyage of sound instruments and percussions. Experience awareness, perception and presence on a whole new level. Enable your consciousness to purge low frequency moods and emotions that no longer serve you. Process, purge and shake stagnant, stale energy in your system.

Please bring a Yoga mat , Blankets & Pillows for you and ultimate relaxation.
