Auditions: Act 1 Scene 1 - One-Act Festival Weekend

The Village Playbox is excited to announce auditions for it's Act 1 Scene 1 ~ One-Act Festival Weekend on August 3 & 4, 2025.

Play selections and directors are being finalized but in the meantime, we are holding a casting call for actors, Sunday, August 3rd and Monday, August 4th starting at 7:30 PM. Plenty of roles available. No appointment, no special material, little to no experience required, just a desire to be on stage and entertain. Cold readings from original scripts will be provided. Playwrights will be showcasing their work during the weekend festival, September 11 - 13. Must be available entire week of September 7th and weekend of September 11 - 13.
