The Hackensack Environmental Justice Alliance (HEJA) is leading this effort, with support from the Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF), M&T Bank and the PSEG Foundation. HEJA and NNJCF are working with the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference, which will produce a trail plan to encourage more people to walk, bike or travel to and along the river.
