Celebrate the New Year together at Studio44 in Haarlem.
Our boutique movement studio in the centre of Haarlem opens its doors for an inspiring afternoon full of classes, workshops and movement experiences you can join for FREE.
This Showcase is designed to give you a real taste of what we offer: Yoga, Pilates, Reformer, Strength & Conditioning, Barre, Kids Yoga, Dance, and Ecstatic Dance.
We keep our groups small, provide personal attention, and work with an experienced team of teachers. A light-filled studio with plenty of space to move, breathe, learn and feel great.

ECSTATIC DANCE — DANCE INTO THE NEW YEAR
We close the afternoon with Ecstatic Dance, a guided dance experience that combines music, rhythm and free movement.
There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right. You can move gently or wildly, your way.
Ecstatic Dance is about: freedom over performance, expression rather than choreography, presence instead of perfection. It is an uplifting way to release the old year and welcome the new one with energy, joy and openness.
Everyone is welcome — all levels, all bodies, all ages.
