Cacao ceremony - The Call to Adventure. Haarlem. Limited to 12 men.About this EventThe Call to AdventureSomething shifts. A restlessness you can't shake. A feeling that the life you're living isn't quite the one you're meant for. Joseph Campbell called this "The Call to Adventure" - that pivotal moment when life invites you beyond your current existence. This 2-hour cacao ceremony brings men together to explore The Call - how to recognize it, what it asks of us, and what becomes possible when we answer. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation with shamanic drumming, and authentic circle sharing, we'll create space where men can drop the performance and reconnect with what's true. You'll leave feeling lighter, more open-hearted, and with greater clarity about where life is calling you next. More than that, you'll experience what it means to be vulnerably present with other men - the connection, support, and belonging that's possible when we stop performing and start being real. What We'll ExploreDrawing from Joseph Campbell's work, we'll examine The Call as it appears in your life right now:Recognizing the calls that life has been extending to youUnderstanding resistance and what keeps us from answeringFinding courage to step toward what wants to emergeThe support available when we stop trying to do it all aloneIndividual challenges are met within the circle where what you've carried alone can finally be witnessed and transformed in community.Who Is This ForThis ceremony serves men from all walks of life who sense something calling them toward deeper authenticity:Men in relationships exploring how to show up more genuinely with their partnersSingle men seeking authentic connection and purpose beyond dating or career successFathers wanting to model authentic masculinity for their childrenYoung adults navigating the transition from external expectations to internal compassMen in career transitions feeling called toward more meaningful workAnyone feeling stuck between who they've been and who they're becomingWhether you're 25 or 65, whether you're questioning everything or just sensing there's more available - if you're curious about what lies beneath the roles you play daily, this work may serve you.The Experience Sunday, November 30th / 12:45 PM - 3:00 PMOpening and settling into sacred spaceBrief exploration of "The Call" in your current lifeCeremonial cacao sharingExtended guided meditation with shamanic drummingIntegration through circle sharingClosing with takeaways for your journeyWhat's IncludedCeremonial criollo cacaoGuided meditation with sound journeyArchetypal exploration and authentic sharingTea, water, and light refreshmentsImportant InformationInvestment: €50 per participant (discounted from €85)Capacity: Limited to 10-12 men — this is a men-only eventLocation: Pilates Concept, Wilhelminapark 28, 2012 KC Haarlem (free parking available)What to bring: Comfortable clothing for sitting, an open mindAge requirement: 18+ (valid ID may be requested)Please arrive on time - doors close at 13:00Questions?
