Summer Art Camp for Kids at Gympie Regional Gallery!
Slow the season down with a gentle, hands-on Summer Art Camp at Gympie Regional Gallery. This is a process-art–led day where kids explore materials, try mindful making techniques, and create beautiful, useable gifts without the plastic and pressure of the season.
We’ll paint, print, stitch, weave and bundle using natural and repurposed materials, focusing on curiosity over “perfect” outcomes. Think calm Christmas: simple ideas, thoughtful gifts, and time to breathe. Your child will leave not only with a bundle of meaningful gifts, but also the inspiration and confidence to keep creating throughout the school holidays.
Small group, guided by an experienced arts educator. All materials provided.
Children take home a set of handmade gifts + wrap they’ve designed themselves.
📅 When: Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 December 2025
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
💰 Cost: $45 per day or $80 for both days (10% sibling discount available)
This is a drop off program. Parents are not required to stay.
