I thought we’d kick it off with an overnighter for something a little different… we’ll start the day off at Aussie World as per usual, end up somewhere for lunch then cruise through some great roads to get to this beautiful old pub somewhere mid-afternoon… the Railway Hotel, originally opened in 1882, then burnt down and rebuilt in 1915, is a particular favourite of mine. The current owner, Nic, know how to cook a halfway decent feed and the beers are cold and plentiful. He’s given us a special group discount for the night as well, so if you’re keen to book a room for the night just give the friendly staff a call on (07)5483 7600 and say you’re with Sunny Coast Indian Riders.
