QPR trains you to Question, Persuade, and Refer. Recognise warning signs, offer hope, and connect someone to support.
QPR Gatekeeper Training is a practical, evidence-based suicide prevention program that teaches individuals how to recognise the warning signs of suicide, confidently engage someone in crisis, and refer them to appropriate support services. Just like CPR, QPR empowers everyday people to take potentially life-saving action in a mental health emergency.
