Yoga at the Gallery offers a gentle, accessible morning practice held within the exhibition space itself, surrounded by Tyza Hart’s artworks. This rare setting invites participants to slow down, breathe, and experience both the body and the exhibition in a deeply immersive way.

Facilitated by Sally Bhoir of Living Om Yoga Studio, participants will practice yoga among the artworks, creating a quiet, reflective atmosphere - a chance to inhabit the gallery differently and connect movement, presence, and art.

Suitable for all levels, and all ages.
No prior yoga experience required.

Time: 7 - 8am

Location: Gympie Regional Gallery (within the exhibition space)
