The JBG Goechala Trail Ultra marks the Second Race of the JBG Endura Races, set against the adventurous backdrop of the Sikkim Himalayas. Starting from Yuksom, the first capital of Sikkim, the race follows the iconic Dzongri-Goechala trail—a route revered by trekkers worldwide. Set deep within the Kanchenjunga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this high-altitude course carves through dense alpine forests, glacial streams, and boulder-laden paths, offering an unrelenting test of strength, stamina, and spirit. Designed for runners across the performance spectrum, the event features three race categories. The 10K Beginner Trail delivers a steep 650-meter elevation gain, ideal for those stepping into mountain running.
