Do you ever set a goal, feel excited for about a week or two and then slowly (or suddenly) quit on yourself? Most of us were never taught how to set goals in a way that feels supportive and realistic for our nervous systems. We jump straight into pressure, perfection, and an all-or-nothing mentality.
This month's discussion is for the person who:
- Sets goals and then self-sabotages
- Feels overwhelmed by "big visions"
- Quits on themselves and carries guilt or shame about it
- Wants to change, but doesn't know where to start
We will learn how to create simple, basic, doable goals that don't overwhelm your body. Learn to support consistency and letting your goals work with you instead of against you. Attendees can also create their own vision boards for 2026 that feel grounding instead of pressure-filled.
Coffee will be on with treats provided by Donna Adams.
This event is free and will be led by Amanda Perry.
This event is for both adults & teens.
