- **Event Description**: The Mary J. Barnett Library invites Peep-le of all ages to bring their imagination to life by designing and constructing a diorama featuring Peeps marshmallow characters. 

The Challenge– Create a shoebox-sized diorama featuring at least one Peep, inspired by a family-friendly book, movie, TV show, or creative theme of your choice.  Use recycled materials, magazines, paint, pipe cleaners, and other craft supplies to bring your Peep-sterpiece to life! 

The Event– Saturday, March 21, Teams will meet at the library from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to construct their dioramas.  Each team will need to provide a shoebox for their diorama and may bring any additional materials they would like. The library will provide some craft supplies for groups to use.  

For those who wish to participate but can’t attend on March 21, build your diorama at home and bring it to the library by Friday, March 20, to be entered into the competition. 

The Rules– 
Diorama must include at least one Peep Marshmallow.
Entries must be family-friendly.
Dioramas base must be no larger than a shoebox and must be freestanding. 
Dioramas must either be constructed at the event on Saturday, March 21, or constructed at home and submitted to the library by close on Friday, March 20.
Teamwork is welcome! This is an all-age contest. We encourage families and friends to work together. 
Entries will be displayed from March 23 to April 3. The winner will be selected on April 1.  
Please pick up your entry between April 4 and 11. Unclaimed entries will be discarded.
