Community Peace Walk for WTHS: ICE Out of Our Schools

Keep ICE Out of Our Schools!

Join us as we show support to the WTHS community and bring healing to staff and students affected by the ICE incident at the O'Plaine campus.

Participants will follow the Warren Township High School Homecoming Parade route, beginning at the corner of Brookhaven Rd and N O'Plaine Rd. We will march peacefully and lawfully north on O'Plaine, ending at the corner of O'Plaine and McClure Ave where speakers will share compelling impact stories and calls to action.

This Peace Walk is organized by a number of Lake County groups intent upon protecting our neighbors, including but not limited to NE Lake County Indivisible, Indivisible Western Lake County, and PSL. We are joining together and unifying in support of our community.

These groups and this event are committed to peaceful, lawful action.
