Entry fee is $10.00.

Here's your chance to show that you've got the best chili around! 

1st place Winner of Chili Cook-Off receives $50 + all entry fees, and their name is engraved on our bar's plaque. 
2nd place gets $50. 

Our cook-off is on the Sunday of NFL Wild Card weekend (game at 3:30PM).

Rules:
- MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES IS (15).  
- REGISTRATION IS BETWEEN 11:00AM AND 12:00PM. NO LATE ENTRIES!
- Judging begins at 12:30PM.
- Winner announced about 2:00pm.
- May contain beans.
- Must be in an electric crock pot.
- Must be prepared from scratch (no commercial chili mixes).
- Must be at least 4 quarts of chili for competition and for guests.
- Must indicate how spicy (1 Alarm Mild, 2 Alarm Moderate, 3 Alarm Hot, 4 Alarm Very Hot). 
- Chili to be judged on: Appearance (Color), Aroma, Taste, Consistency, Bite (after-taste of spice).
- Must ensure food safety and clean sanitation of food, utensils, and appliances.
