If you are looking for new ways to improve your personal long-term performance, or if you are interested in modern scientific psychology, than this workshop is for you.
This seminar is NOT a motivation speech, or a coaching seminar, or a lecture on “how to become a billionaire in one year working 4 hours a week”. Instead of that, we will review and discuss several concepts from modern scientific psychology. We will do several tests and individual exercises that will demonstrate how to apply these concepts to become more effective. We will focus on LONG TERM PERFORMANCE, instead of short term quick wins.
The seminar will be fully focused on scientific concepts that are part of modern cognitive behavioral school of psychology, which is considered to be most effective school of psychology and psychotherapy today.
NOTE: Our goal is to make this seminar as effective and as helpful as possible for you. It will be loaded with new content and exercises, and therefore, we expect to see motivated individuals who are eager to learn more, who are open to new experience and knowledge. Therefore, if you are looking for an event to relax, sleep and chill, probably this is not the right one
