This clinic will be led by USA Swimming certified Coach Adam Rutz. Adam is a current UMBC Aquatics Director & RAC Senior Coach, collegiate swimmer, and Ironman. 

Coach Adam will be assisted by USA Triathlon Level 2 Certified High Performance Coach Henry Shoemaker.

In water clinic support will be provided by former USAT Youth and Junior Draft Legal National Championship Qualifier and current NCAA Division 1  swimmer, Camille Shoemaker. 

Day 1
UMBC Retriever Aquatics Center
6-8PM  Saturday August 9 
6PM Video capture begins based on availability.
7PM  Dryland instruction and pool drills.

Day 2
9-11AM Sunday August 10
Gunpower Falls State Park, Hammerman Area Middle River, MD
Kayak supported OWS instruction, drills and practice.

Refreshments and pool entry provided (park entry fees separate).  

No refunds.  Rain outs will be rescheduled.  Transportation is not provided but carpooling options are available.
