Full Moon Meditation

December’s Cold Moon reminds us to honor what’s ending and illuminate what’s ready to grow. Under the bright, crisp light of the Full Moon, we gather to release what no longer serves us, reflect on our year, and set intentions for what’s next.

Through meditation, ritual, sensory connection, sound bowls and community sharing, we align with the natural cycles of the moon and strengthen our connection to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
