Join us for a guided circular breathwork session designed to calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, and support deep emotional and energetic release. You’ll breathe actively, in and out through your mouth, for 28 minutes. You are then invited to drop into deep rest, relaxation, and reflection.
Just bring comfy clothes, water, and an open mind — we’ve got the rest.
