- **Event Description**: Come on over for a gentle, relaxing and meditative practice under the stars and ambient string lights ? please feel free to bring any props, pillows, blankets though I have plenty to lend!  Most importantly dress comfortably and bring an open heart and mind! 

My husband Mark and I invite you to join us at our home on Wednesday evenings at 6pm for a restorative, gentle yoga, (maybe with a little Yin mixed in), and healing crystal sound bowl and gong Savasana (closing meditation) 

We welcome you with open arms to step into our little Gulfport oasis, release stress with movement and relax with sound and vibration of crystal sound bowls and other sacred instruments ?

Classes held in my garden at my home which we lovingly call “Casa del Sol”

Donations accepted and appreciated but not required. ? all are welcome! ? Beginner friendly, modifications offered, no judgement zone!
