Our meetings are potlucks, so please bring a dish or a beverage to share. Membership is not required for you to attend.  Potluck starts at 6:30, and the general meeting will begin at 7:00.

Join us for a presentation by Kaylin Bruening, Mississippi’s state coordinator for the Great Southeast Pollinator Census. 

This annual census aims to create sustainable pollinator habitat, increase entomological literacy for citizens, and generate useful data about our pollinator populations. 

As an Extension Program Assistant at the MSU Coastal Research and Extension Center, Kaylin works in the Native Plant Producer Network greenhouse growing native perennials and marsh grasses for shoreline restoration projects. She also serves as Stewardship and Outreach Assistant for the Mississippi Sound Estuary Program.

Coast Group meets the last Wednesday of each month, same place, same time, except November and December. Check our Facebook page for occasional events in Jackson County and elsewhere.
