- **Event Description**: My husband and I invite you to our Gulfport garden “oasis” for an all levels yoga flow every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am!  

Expect an intuitively designed class beginning with centering and grounding breathwork and warm up, building to an energizing and challenging blend of hatha, vinyasa and dynamic movement and ending with a relaxing savasana accompanied by soothing sound instruments. All while surrounded by lush and tropical landscaping. 

Classes held in my garden at my home which we lovingly call “Casa del Sol”

Donations accepted and appreciated but not required. ? all are welcome! ? Beginner friendly, modifications offered, no judgement zone! 

Dress comfortably in clothing that allows for movement, bring water and a yoga mat if you have one, though we have several mats and props to lend!  You have the option of setting up in the shade or in the sunshine and we place fans around for air flow, feel free to wear or bring bug spray. Reach out with any questions!
