Gemstone Chakra Mala Bracelet Workshop

Create an intentional bracelet of sandalwood and natural gemstone beads for the chakras. Together we will explore the 7 chakras (energy centers) in the body and which gemstones best represent them. Learn the ancient japa mala meditation method and how you can use this practice to calm the mind, set intentions, and help open and align the chakras for a better mind-body-spirit connection.
