Embodiment 101: Learn To Move

Join Dr. Katie Larson of GrowthQuests as she guides you through this series of workshops to help you get out of your head and get back into your body!

Embodiment 101 is for anyone who is ready for a better relationship with their body: maybe you used to have one, but it's changed or maybe you never had one to begin with. Experience the joy of becoming fully embodied in these calm, curious, and compassionate workshops with Dr. Katie Larson, a local, soulful Somatic practitioner. This is not a "work out", it's a "work in" as we explore all the wonderful ways to engage with your body through your mind, heart and soul. Join as many sessions as you like: each will have a unique focus, but all will be sure to leave you feeling more aligned, confident, strong, and connected to your beautiful physical body!

Learn to Move: Let your body intuitively guide you toward being grounded, present, and aligned within it, using gentle movement to release tension and find a deeper connection to yourself.
