The Texas Hill Country has been devastated by not one but, two flooding events within the past two weeks. Gulfport's Episcopal Churches, St. Mark's and St. Peter's by-the-Sea, are partnering to raise funds for the victims and families affected by the flood waters of the Guadalupe and Lampasas Rivers.
